FurrHaus Dog Photography Contest – Official Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • The contest is open to residents of Arizona, aged 18 years or older.

  • The entrant must be the legal owner or have permission from the legal owner of the dog that will be photographed.

2. HOW TO ENTER

  • To enter, participants must:

    1. Follow @theFurrHaus on Instagram.

    2. Tag a friend in the comments of the official contest post.

    3. Submit their entry by March 21, 2025

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • Only one entry per person. Multiple comments will not increase chances of winning.

3. PRIZES

  • Grand Prize: One (1) free pet photography session with 1 pet at FurrHaus, plus one (1) 11x14 fine art print of the winner’s choice. A special bonus may also be included at FurrHaus’s discretion.

  • Runner-Up Prize: One (1) voucher for a free pet photography session including 1 pet (does not include prints or digital images).

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

4. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

  • The winner and runner-up will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be announced on March 22, 2025 via Instagram Stories and a post on @theFurrHaus.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified to claim their prize. If they do not respond in time, a new winner may be chosen.

5. PRIZE REDEMPTION & PHOTOSHOOT DETAILS

  • The photoshoot must take place at the FurrHaus studio in Mesa, Arizona within 60 days of winning unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The photoshoot is for one (1) dog. Additional pets may be added for an additional fee.

  • The session date and time will be coordinated between the winner and FurrHaus.

  • If the winner cancels or does not show up for their session without proper notice, the prize may be forfeited.

6. LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

  • FurrHaus is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, or submitted incorrectly.

  • The winner assumes all responsibility for their dog’s behavior during the session. If a dog is uncooperative or aggressive, the photographer reserves the right to end the session early.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FurrHaus and its affiliates from any liability related to injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest or the photoshoot.

7. PHOTO USAGE & RIGHTS

  • By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow FurrHaus to use images from the session for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • The winner may not sell or use the images for commercial purposes without permission.

8. GENERAL TERMS

  • FurrHaus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor affects the integrity of the contest.
