If you're like me, your dog isn’t just a pet—they’re part of the family. And when you're out enjoying life, you want them right there with you! Fortunately, the Phoenix area is packed with dog-friendly spots, from breweries and restaurants to parks and trails, making it easy to bring your furry best friend along for the fun.

Whether you're looking for a great place to grab a drink with your pup, a relaxing meal on a pet-friendly patio, or an open space where they can run and explore, this list has something for every dog (and their human).

1. Cosmo Dog Park (Gilbert)

One of the top off-leash dog parks in the Valley, Cosmo Dog Park is a paradise for pups who love to run, swim, and socialize. With open fields, agility areas, and even a pond for water-loving dogs, it’s a great spot to let them burn off some energy. Just be prepared—if your dog goes for a swim, you might need a towel for the ride home!

2. Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. (Gilbert)

For dog lovers who also appreciate craft beer, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. is a must-visit. The large, pet-friendly patio is a great place to relax with your pup while enjoying their rotating selection of house-brewed beers and delicious burgers. It’s a laid-back, welcoming spot where dogs are just as much a part of the experience as their humans.

3. Four Peaks Brewing Co. (Tempe)

A true staple in the Valley’s brewery scene, Four Peaks has a casual, dog-friendly patio where you can enjoy their well-known beers like Kilt Lifter and Hop Knot. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to hang out, meet fellow dog lovers, and enjoy some pub-style food while your pup soaks up the attention. This one is my hubby’s favorite.

4. OHSO Brewery & Distillery (Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert)

Few places in Arizona are as well-known for being dog-friendly as OHSO. With spacious patios, water bowls at the ready, and even a menu for dogs, this brewery and distillery has gone all-in on welcoming pets. Whether you’re in Scottsdale, Phoenix, or Gilbert, there’s an OHSO location nearby where you and your pup can enjoy a fun, relaxed outing. We love to bring our kids here and It is my favorite place to “dog watch” and I fall in love with all of the dogs!

5. Postino WineCafé (Gilbert)

Not a beer person? No problem. Postino WineCafé is the perfect patio spot for wine lovers who want to bring their pup along. Order a glass (or a bottle), pair it with their famous bruschetta board, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with your four-legged friend by your side.
